DENTAL INSURANCE

We will maximize your dental insurance benefits.

We will send a written request to your insurance company to find out exactly what your coverage is. Please keep in mind that the dental insurance companies negotiate the lowest coverage and fees with your employer and this does not often reflect what you may need. Please do not let an insurance company decide what treatment is best for you. 

Everyone benefits when definitive financial arrangements are agreed upon. It is the policy of this office to provide a written treatment plan of the dentistry to be performed. This will enable you to know exactly what dental work is planned and to have an estimate of what the cost will be in advance of the treatment.

Dr. Chambers and his staff will gladly assist you to realize your dental plan benefits. 

We will complete and submit your dental forms for you. However, patients are responsible for full payment of their dental treatment and will receive their reimbursements directly from their insurance carrier.


Insurance companies generally reimburse to the level of the general dentist's fee guide.Dr. Chambers is a dental specialist with additional training, clinical expertise and experience, and as such, his Prosthodontic fees are slightly higher. Through careful consideration these are the fees that we feel are necessary to justify the level of care that we provide. Since most insurance companies base their reimbursements on the general dentists fee guide, the amount that you receive may be lower than the amount claimed.

For all examinations, consultations, and treatment performed, payment is expected at the time the services are rendered or initiated. Our office does not take assignment of dental insurance plans, but we are happy to fill out your paperwork so that you can be reimbursed for any coverage that your plan may provide for dental services. We accept cash, personal cheques, Visa, and MasterCard payments.
