YOUR FIRST VISIT
While Dr. Chambers does take referrals from other general dentists and specialists, you do not need a referral to make an appointment. We may request your information and x-rays from your last dentist and provide your dentist a full report of your treatment if you wish.
During your first appointment you will be asked what your chief concerns are regarding your teeth and mouth, we will review your medical history and gather pertinent information. Normally, a thorough examination of your teeth, mouth, head and neck will be followed by digital x-rays, impressions of your teeth and photographs of your teeth and will be completed in about 45 minutes. Dr. Chambers will carefully analyze this information and develop a personalized treatment plan for you.
There are always options and you will have the final say in which treatment option is best for you. A second consultation appointment is often needed to discuss the options and all of the details of the proposed treatment. You will be provided a written copy of the findings as well as all the options and associated fees so that you can take them home. You will have the time and opportunity to review the options and make a choice as to how you would like to proceed.
